Welcome to Mama B’s, proudly located at The Chippendale Hotel since January 2024. Mama B’s is the latest passion project from Bhavani Baumann, co-founder of Australia’s first vegan pub bistro, The Green Lion, which launched in 2016, and most recently celebrated for Sanga Vegan, a beloved catering and restaurant concept, which has now rebranded under Mama B's.

Bhavani’s dedication to reimagining classic Aussie food favourites in a vegan way continues at Mama B’s.
